these vineyards, Jim has worked side by side with some of the
top winemakers such as Heidi Peterson Barrett, Celia Welch
Masyczek, Phillippe Melka, Thomas Brown, and Karen Culler.
In 2003, Jim
formed Barbour Vineyards, LLC, bringing in two top long-term
employees, Nate George and Jesus Rios as partners. Both
partners have well over 20 years of experience in agriculture in
the Napa Valley.

Vineyards continues to develop vineyards in premier locations;
The company has everything needed to develop hillside or valley
floor property. Jim has also worked with existing vineyards,
increasing both production and quality of fruit.
